REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out.

RETURNS

Have an issue with your product? If you wish to return your FITORX™ order, please do so within 90 days. Please write to us at info@fitorx.com to start the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we shall commence the processing of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refunds, please contact your credit card company. It may be a while before your refund is posted by your credit card company.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fitorx.com.
